I have been pretty satisfied with the services that I have received during the past couple of years. They have been professional and courteous and have met my expectations.

I took my two kids to Dr Gardner for 12 years. He was a fine pediatric dentist despite having terrible communication skills. When my teenage daughter needed orthodonic treatment, the methods he used were unaffective and left her with worse teeth than she had before. I know of another child in her class at school that is having the same problems with him. I have followed up with both a local dentist and an orthodontist. Both have recommended she have full braces for 12-18 months now to correct her teeth.

I have requested a refund from Dr. Gardner so that I can pursue treatment for her elsewhere, but he has refused.
