Dr. Carr’s assistants did most of the work. Marlene (billing secretary) is a nightmare to deal with to setup payment arrangements. I requested (through Marlene) to have Dr. Carr call me back. Never got a return call.

Dr. Carr is a very good dentist. He no longer performs root canals on clients, at least he didn't on me. I think he's narrowing his practice so it fits into his lifestyle and interests. So if you need the basics of a cleaning, X-rays, and a referral to another dentist who performs more extensive procedures, he's your DDS. Also, I might add he gets his money. First. And if you have an outstanding balance that say, your spouse incurred, they are not in the least bit inhibited in getting payment. Good for them, not so comfortable for me.
