The company's website is glamorous and very misleading. I came in with a partial root canal and wanted it completed. 1st they charged me for a consultation and then lost the record of my co-payment. The dentist said my tooth needed to be pulled and I had to come back next week. After returning, he took another xray and said he could complete the root canal. We worked quickly and aggresively - wrong! The temporary filling sunk all the way up into my cavity. I have never been in soooo much pain. I called back to schedule to have my tooth pulled and can't get an appointment for 4 weeks! I found this out after waiting for a response for 4 days. "Mary" is completely rude and a liar. She abruptly hung up the phone on me when I said I needed to speak to someone regarding the payment I made for the root canal since it was incomplete. And then the office manager, Allison tells me that I never paid a co-pay on my initial visit. This place sucks and I'd stay away if I were you.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
