Once Upon A Smile is awesome on every level. The staff is very friendly, thorough, and comforting. The hygienist was very gentle. Dr. Beltgens is extremely knowledgeable and explains what she is talking about in ways the patient can understand. I have nothing but great things to say about this office!

I couldn't believe how inconsiderate the doctor is.My husband drives a truck over the road - he's not home everyday, yet the doctor felt that if he could not make it in on a day she wanted, that was too bad for him. She felt it was reasonable for him to miss several days work to be there when she felt like doing a procedure.
