Had filling fall out after 13 months - they have 12 month guarantee on work and Dr. charged me the full amount to refill. Wouldn't make any adjustment.

Single bridge fell off after two years

Double bridge fell off twice within three years and can't cement back on. I'm out $2500 and more importantly I have huge gap in my mouth.

Dentist doesn't provide options other than the most expensive route. Production, production, production!

Receptionist not very personable and Office Manager very judgmental.

Furthermore, they obstructed my dental care, violated Minnesota’s Board of Dentistry Rules, as well as Minnesota state statues when I decided to leave the practice - they refused to give me my dental records until my outstanding balance was paid off. Had small outstanding insurance balance - my portion was paid in full.

There's more, but that should give you an idea on why I suggest that you think twice about going to this practice. What really upset me was when I decided to leave the practice and requested my dental records. They new I needed the records because they had just temporarily filled a tooth for me. I never once complained about the service's I received and spent well over $5000 at this dental practice and most likely wouldn't have said anything. However, I don't want to see them try and take advantage of anyone else that might not now that they can't withhold patient records regardless of a balance or not and by doing so they are obstructing dental care, violated Minnesota’s Board of Dentistry Rules, as well as Minnesota state statues.
