They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Staff very unorganized. Made pre admission testing date AFTER the date I was scheduled to have surgery. We found this out when we went for the EKG today. Our paper said be there but they didn't have us on their list. We drove over an hour and they wouldn't do any testing except draw blood and EKG! Like the dr but his staff needs educated!

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The staff far exceeded what I ever could have expected them to. They were one of the best staffs I've ever seen. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
