It was easy to get an appointment. Dr. Smith has a flexible schedule and gets me in quickly. It is great to be able to make an appointment that are convenient for me. He offers Friday hours, and Dr. Smith gives me access to his cell phone for my emergencies. The reception room has coffee and pleasant music. The office smells wonderful, and you never hear dental noises or smell those dental office kind of odors like my previous dentist. Dr. Smith is an expert in the field. I never feel unsafe or apprehensive in his care. He has massage chairs, scented eye covers, and warm hand/face towels for freshening up after procedures. He explains my treatment and answers my questions. I never feel rushed, even though I know he is busy. He calls me after major treatment to check on me and make sure I have no further questions. He is the BEST DENTIST!!!!!
