They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I had moved into the Staples area after getting married this last year and did not have a dental provider. I am a disabled veteran and had veterans medical insurance but not dental insurance and I had very severe tooth pain.I had a very difficult time finding a dentist that would set up payment plans or that I could get into in my area and I called several offices and when calling here their staff was immediately very friendly worked me in right away the same day. As soon as I got there they were very kind and made me very comfortable the Dr was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns very well in a compassionate way. He was also very gentle and very quick. I had pretty much no pain thru it and definently felt right away I was in good hands and had came to the right person. He explained everything thoroughly that they would do and everything went painlessly and smoothly. I would definently recommend them to others.I saw Dr.Peterson on my visit there.
