They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They recommended prodedures that I later found were not necessary. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Billing department is a mess!
