Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
