Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I wanted to look through some interesting magazines in the waiting room to make time go by faster, but they didn't have any. All the magazines they had were extremely boring and old. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.
