I found Dr. Rodriguez to have great communication skills. He was very detailed and thorough in his explanations. Medicine is not even close to my area of expertise so it is tough to "grade" a person on their performance. If I am to go from my gut instints- which is all I have, I trust his competence and I find him to be a very sincere person. By sincere I mean trustworthy.
Also on a personal note I think he is quite kind and generous with his time.
