They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment with them. I was able to talk with them way before my surgery, and I felt much more comfortable going into surgery. During my appointment, I really appreciated that they didn't rush me, and gave me the time to ask my questions and get all the information I needed.
