While Hutchens is a good dentist and the hygienists do a great job, after 10+ years I go to another dental office now. The service is the worst. After referring friends for years, two told me they would never go back. The bookkeeping and billing are the worst. I never got a bill that was correct. It is tacky to talk to patients in your lobby with a full waiting room of people. Dr.Crooks findings on my family members have been disputed by 3 other dentists. A crown fell off on my husband multiple times. They discontinued taking my insurance Jan 1 and wrote us a letter in JUNE about it after we accrued bills and had work done AND my husband was in their office at the time! So unprofessional. There are plenty of better places to go in Cambridge.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would recommend this Dental Office to everyone!!! I have been to many dentist offices in my lifetime but never as happy as with going here. I have been going here for 13 years!!
