Staff is friendly and tries to accomodate. Though it's a bit of an assembly line, the Docs are great as well. They managed not to pull any teeth on both of my kids who had consults elsewhere which included pulling teeth and wearing headgear for 2+ years. At Riverdale Family Orthodontics, they didn't pull any teeth, the kids didn't have to wear headgear, they were out of their braces a year sooner than the other consult had projected and they were about $800 cheaper than our other bid. Great Place and worth the drive.

Concerned as my DD had her braces put on TODAY..and has had 3 brackets already "pop" off. Called & was told "sorry the ortho has to leave exactly at 5 pm today..so we can get you in on Wednesday". Wait..really..two days later? Saw that a lot of the reviews were positive..hoping this is just a fluke accident....
