had a deep cleaning followed by a filling and it has been a horrible experience. the staff was great and very friendly however my gum-line was excessively brought down and the filling was poorly done. it has been less than a year since the procedure was done and my tooth constantly hurts, gum never fully reconnected to the tooth (due to the botched handy-work), and the filling is almost completely gone. I was never told how far they would bring my gum down for this and needless to say the botched work has negated what was supposed to happen in the first place while leaving my gum in a worse condition before the procedure. its fair to note that i had this done on two teeth and one is great however i can honestly say without a doubt i 100 percent regret having this done and would not recommend it to anyone else.

I would say that the doctor is a really good doctor. He had worked with me and i was very pleased with his work. I wished he had another office i can go to because i really hate the receptionist. She is the rudest receptionist that i have ever dealt with. I have one advise for the doctor, this receptionist is costing you a lot because it is obvious that you care about your patient. I can confirm that because the first time, i went there, i have noticed that you walked all your patient to the door and care about them. I can't stand your receptionist and wished she was not working there. She is the reason why i am not going to your office. I would still recommend your office because it is not fair to you. My wife had been seeing this doctor for 35 years. My standard are high when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately, your receptionist is the reason why you will keep losing business because she is not friendly. When she realized that the customer paid her salary, and started to treat people with respect, then i will go back.
