I felt very judged during my appointments. I couldn't believe how accusatory and condescending they were, and I couldn't wait for it to be over. I definitely didn't make progress during my sessions. This is a terrible doctor!!!

Masterson is kind of like Jekyll and Hyde. He can be very nice and compassionate...until he is challenged. He tends to yell at his clients and make them feel intimidated and belittled. He misdiagnosed me for 10 years and, during that time, frequently yelled at me or told me that I couldn't see a different doctor because no other doctor would want to work with me. I don't recommend him.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
