I liked my experience at the Midwest Dental Center. I found the entire staff friendly and caring. Although I was in pain I was very impressed with the high level of care they provided. I liked that they fit me in same day and I would recommend them for sure.

The care I received was absolutely horrific. It was busy on the day I had my appointment so everything felt rushed. I usually have the dental hygienist named Honi. During my previous visits, she took her time with cleaning my teeth. This time, she rushed through everything. She didn't even have time to dental floss my teeth and she rushed through the cleaning process so she could get to the person next to me. At the end of my appointment, my gums felt so sore and my teeth did not feel clean at all. As for the dentist, he didn't seem to be interested in checking my teeth at all. Overall, it was a bad visit. If anyone asks if I would recommend this place to get their teeth cleaned or checked, I would tell them to look elsewhere.
