I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
