My family and I had been patients here for over 17 years! Dr. Bartnik was so good especially with our two younger children how ever, we ended up switching to another dental office three weeks ago because of the receptionist with longer black hair ( NOT Bernie). This girl whom is half my age was so condescending to not only myself when I brought in my youngest son but also to the elderly lady she helped before me on our last visit. Bernie wasn't there or I would have asked for her to finish helping us! I was so upset when I left the office that I called my husband and he agreed that we would find a new dentist. A 17 year relationship with a fantastic dentist tarnished due to the attitude of this young lady, it's sad!

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job.
