You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every concern very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. WHich is important when visiting an OB/GYN!
