They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
5 + stars. Everyone in the office from my first phone call was friendly, helpful, professional. Definitely the best dental experience The Doc was awesome!! I was so anxious about the procedure, he made me laugh, and as promised I did not feel a thing. I would recommend Dr. McGill to everyone!!!!
