I was highly displeased with the assistant whom answers the phones. No room for questions and quickly dismissed me as if I was unimportant. I realize people have bad days but patients and potential patients always come first. No matter what kind of medical coverage the person carries. I have not had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Allen so I cannot review an experience as her patient. I do know that people who do have her as a OBGYN provider is very pleased with her.
