Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
