When I got to my 1st appointment early to do all the "New patient paperwork", After waiting at the desk (for the stack of paperwork I got there early to tackle), I was told by the the older white woman with glasses to sit down and she'd call me up. About 10 minutes later, almost may actual appointment time she called me up. And I was the ONLY ONE in the office! She was too busy talking to a co-worker to help me! I only went there for one appointment for a cleaning and exam, but that experience and a couple other annoyances from the clerical staff was enough to turn me away. But they weren't done being UN-helpful....When I switched to another dentist, I asked to have my bite wing xrays transferred, the charge was $37! My new dentist not only doesnt charge for that service (which I hope I never need anyway....), but they said they only CHARGE $40 for bite wing xrays! So they get paid by my insurance AND they want to charge me for something they'll never use! The Dentist was nice though... But they HAVE to do something about the front desk policies! BTW... I am VERY happy with Emily Warnick-Nathan DDS and her staff on Schoolcraft in Livonia!
