My husband was referred to Mississippi Brain & Spine & Dr Illercil in mid October 2008 after a MVA. Dr Illercil was awesome w/us. His Nurse Practioner is just as good! She's hilarious as well. However, the office staff were pretty rude. In the clinic & on the phone as well. Short spoken, disrespectful, & not much help to several people including myself. However, Dr Illercil is worth putting up with it. He's a brilliant nuerosurgeon. One of the best. While I hope we never need to see him again, he will be my 1st choice should we need a nuerosurgeon.

Excellent doctor, friendly, willing to show what the problems are and give options for treatment.
Could use a more responsive staff though.
