Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They made sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have comfortable waiting room chairs and I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. Dr. Al-attar has been my primary care physician for 2 years and he and his office get me in as soon as possible if needed, on a couple occasions they have even asked if I wanted to come in 'now' and i got worked in as soon as possible once I was there. I have found Dr. Al-attar to be compassionate, personable and extremely competent. I believe he's always looked out for my best interests and has suggested referrals to medical specialists if needed, always asking if I have a preference in who I see. The office staff have always been supportive and friendly. I'm in my 60's and have been around the block, with a specific medical issue since my teen years and appreciate having having Dr. Al-attar as my PCP. I must also include my appreciation for the supportive office staff. (None of them know of this review)
