DR. MALY AND HIS STAFF DO NOT FOLLOW PROPER INFECTION CONTROL PROCEDURES-THIS IS VERY SERIOUS!!!! Rooms are not effectively disinfected between patients, and I have walked into a “clean” room and found BLOOD on drills, leftover from the patient beforehand. Drill tops (AKA hand-pieces) are removable and should be wiped with disinfectant wipes and then sterilized in an autoclave between every patient. These drill tops rarely ever get sterilized, and sadly this is just one of several infection control issues at their office. They are solely driven by production and therefore rooms are cleaned very hastily between patients so they are able to seat the next patient as soon as possible. This is extremely dangerous for patients and automatically puts each patient at risk of contracting a disease via blood or saliva transmission from unclean instruments. I would highly caution anyone, patient or not, to go elsewhere-**ESPECIALLY in light of the COVID-19 situation, for your safety, please avoid this office at all costs.

Dr. Maly has been my dentist for over 14 years. He, along with his staff, have always been helpful in everyway possible. His staff is the same today as it was back then, that has to tell you something wonderful! My family is very happy with him and his staff, I will always refer him. I’m now in Canada, and still they bend over backwards to be sure we get the best care, and that is provided by Dr. Maly‘s office! Thank you Dr. Maly, Carla(X2), Mary & the rest of the staff!
