I was never really asked if I wanted procedures done. It was just assumed I would make an appointment for whatever they said I needed, no matter what. The X-ray's were awkward and a bit painful, something that should be painless...the device they have you bite down on always dug into me, and a couple times made my eyes water.

The main drawback to this dentist is that they do not pull teeth, I was referred to a Specialist that was outside of my insurance group. When I made my first appointment with this dentist, I explained that there was a problem wisdom tooth that I just wanted pulled and they never told me that they don't do extractions. I would have fond a different dentist had I known. The Specialist I was referred to was sooo expensive and to get just the one tooth out with local anesthetic would have cost me over 200 above what my insurance would cover.

This dentist is ok if you just need basic routine cleaning, but for anything more, I dont recommend unless you have lots of money to spend at Specialists. I just don't care to go to a dentist that won't do ALL needed dentistry, it just seems silly and not like a real dentist.
