They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Dr Hylland could learn a little bit better bedside manners, not attack his patients out of the blue. He was very rude, attacked me about my weight, I am about 30 pounds over weight and he called me morbidley obeise as soon as he walked in exam room, no hi, or how are you. I left office in tears, refuse to go back and now I have no way to manage my RA as the nearest RA doc is 40 miles away and I do not have transportation.
