One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
