They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I always have to wait for over an hour to see the Doctor.
They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
