Without any reservations whatsoever, I would recommend Metro Dental Associates to everyone. Not only did I receive superb dental care as a patient, Dr. Dew and his staff extended warmth and caring to me as a person. And the best part was they made sure I was PAIN-FREE! I live in Indiana and will gladly make the drive to Grand Rapids for all of my dental needs.

Dr Dew and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Not only are they polite and respectful to their patients, but they are also respectful of each other. Any request Dr Dew makes always ends with "please", and when the request is granted, a "thank you." Carlie and Jill are excellent hygienists and Gail is a terrific assistant. Denise and Michelle at the front desk are always friendly and accommodating. The equipment is up to date and clean. The staff uses universal precautions appropriately.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
