There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
