Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. The doctor was rude and unfriendly. They had a cold, distant attitude that made me feel uncomfortable.
