It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was comfortable. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. Dr. McAdoo was wonderful in putting my young children's fears of the dentist to rest!

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!
