The Oral Surgery Part is a Neg -1 ! Its so unprofessional. They will not have a anytime for you if you have a Complicated wisdom Tooth .My tooth was classified as "complicated" and time consuming. Oh and God forbid you are ever late 10-15 mins for your 1 and 1/2 surgery because they would blame it on anything. So the rude receptionist thought she knew what she was talking about because she wanted to reschedule my procedure for the 3rd time and argued that someone just happened to take 2 of my appts! I was very upset by how they handle this.

The case manager was very nice and informative. The dental hygentist was very personable and did a wonderful job. The problem areas are: you wait 1 hour to get in the room for xrays. You sit in the chair for 30 minutes waiting for 5 minutes with the dentist. You then go back to the waiting room for another hour to wait for the dental hygentist. Then when your cleaning is done, you wait for another hour for your bill and an opportunity to make an appointment for a filling or crown. Lord help you if you need a multi step procedure as you have to wait 4 months for each appointment. If they would address their scheduling and streamline their office procedures they could be a grat place.
