They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. My Wife went there and they recommended 7 cavities be filled. She got a second opinion and they only had to fill 3 at that time. It made me somewhat suspicious of their motives. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. After I left, I discovered they charge double the recommended charges from Aetna. 95% of the charges were double what they were supposed to be. They have state of the art equipment but you have to pay above top dollar for the work. Dentist is nice but very expensive. I'd have rated higher if they didn't charge more than they should. I don't like being taken advantage of and it definitely left me leary of going back to him.
