first visit was great,then it seemed that she didn't hear a thing i had to say,she had to look up meds in a little book she carries,kind of a blablabla attitude.i had to prompt her to fill meds sometimes as many as three times her office help took offense when i questioned them and used the excuse that they didn't get the fax,the duchess is a terrible place to seek healthcare,they should work in the real world before they come to the U.P.
