I would have been a new patient here and so I obviously had a view questions. When I called t receptionist was extremely rude, I literally had to pry answers out of her, simple questions about hours and what I would need my first visit. She was so rude that I decided to take my business elsewhere. I never review places but I feel like the receptionist (Ashley was her name) needs to know that her sour attitude is taking away from this business.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I called because I had a very bad toothache under my bridge. The women that does the billing insisted that I get my gums scraped before I can see the doctor. I mentioned that I had a terrible toothache and she said thats what the doctor will tell me to do first. The next day I called and said I NEEDED to get in. I went in for an infection which they gave me antibiotics. The very next day I had an appt. for the root canal. The meds did not kick in so 6 shots later I had to reschedule. But, low and behold, they did the scraping on the same side of the toothache. That was two more shots! I have never been swollen or bruised like I was after that appointment. So I had to wait another week and a half for the doctor to be in the office. Now I am off to a Specialist because he could only do part of the root canal. My face is swollen once again and hurts to the touch! I will never go back there again!!!
