They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I would like to emphasize the fact that I feel they care about me as an person and want to help me improve. I will never willingly change doctors.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
