They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Dr. Ritsema, and his nurse Tina, are a fantastic team and are great providers!!! No matter what I am going for, whether it be just a medication checkup, a full physical, the flu, or any other reason, they always treat me the same... I get their full attention, they treat me with respect, and with genuine care and concern. They always answers my questions and make sure that I leave there without any issues or concerns. I feel very lucky to be a patient of Dr. Ritsema!!

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Ritsema takes all the time you need to answer any questions you may have, he doesn't rush through appointments and gives you warm, wonderful welcome as well as attentively listening to all of your questions or concerns, and makes sure you have all of the information you need before you leave. I have been seeing Dr. Ritsema for over 10 years now, and about 4 years ago I moved away from Jenison. I now drive 45 minutes one way to see him because I refuse to change doctors. Having a wonderful doctor like Dr. Ritsema makes the drive worth it. I highly recommend him!!
