I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
