I went to Dr Andrews years ago and she diagnosed and treated my hypothyroidism. She was able to figure out my dosage very quickly which was different strengths on different days. Due to insurance I had to switch years ago. I am having issues again and am going back to have her figure it out.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
