In 2010 my 82 year old mother pre-paid Dr. Riker $3000. for dental services. She developed an infection which prohibited the fulfillment of the services for which she had pre-paid. Her health issues lead to a hospitalization and re-location to Kalamazoo where the dental services were provided by a dentist in Kalamazoo. Numerous requests for reimbursement have been made by phone by myself and my mother. Verbal promises were made by phone that a check would be sent. A letter was sent 2/14/11 with no response. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau. Reimbursement still has not be received.
