The surgeon was not friendly. He made me feel like a drug addict because I requested nitrous. They ended up giving me too much nitrous, so much so that I was completely unconscious for a moment!
While the surgeon was working on me he did not explain what he was doing so when he splashed the roof of my mouth with something that felt like it was burning I got startled. My leg jerked- hitting the tools and spilling them on the floor. The surgeon got furious with me and yelled at me for being scared.
He made me feel like everything was my fault. I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone! He clearly has no sympathy for patients that are afraid of procedures! Worst experience at the dentist ever!!!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
