They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Additionally they made huge errors in dealing with the insurance company, and then harrassed me to deal with my insurance, despite being the only ones authorized to fix said error. Cancelled an appointment with me while I was on my way to the office as well. Just a bad place, you can do better.
