Office Manager should be fired!
Dr. Sassack is a great doctor but as far as his staff is concerned ABSOLUTELY NOT! I told them many times that we should not be incurring these charges because my deductible was met but I still paid so my son could get his treatment. Well I was right. They owed me over $200.00 and refused to mail me my refund. Told me they were going to apply to it to the next years deductible I told them we don not have the same insurance then she asked if I had a deductible on the new insurance. If I did they will just keep it. EXCUSE me it is my money send it back. I live an hour away. She then told me I would have to pick it up in person. Once again no you can mail it to me. Why is it OK for them to inconvenience their patients but not for them to simply place a stamp on an envelope & refund my money that they received in error THEIR ERROR! I will be changing doctors. I strongly urge DR. Sassack to take at good long look at his Office Manager it is only because of her that I will not go back there.

I would never visit them again. Dr. Sassack is a wonderful Doctor. However, his office manager, who also happens to be the doctor's wife, doesn't care about patients. She only cares about the money. I brought my child in to the office. My child was quite ill. He was denied treatment until my wife's balance was paid.

There are more negative stories about the office manager. However, that story alone was enough for me to never want to return to this office.

It's a real shame because Dr. Sassack is an incredible Doctor.
