They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Its a smaller office, Dr. Placido, the Receptionist, and three assistants. I prefer a smaller office because i feel more comfortable. Also the patients area is all open with swinging doors to the waiting room, this made it nice because parents can hear their children during the visit making them feel comfortable. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy to find, because their are large landmarks next to them such as Mcdonalds and Pizza hut. Its just one exit off 404.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
