1. I cannot say enough about Dr. Allen and his staff. Prior to seeing Dr. Allen I had a terrible experience where a dentist told me I had 8 cavities and wanted to charge me almost $2500 to fix them. Being 33 years old and having had only 2 cavities my whole life I was skeptical and sought a second opinion. THANK GOD I DID! Dr. Allen is the ONLY dentist that I am aware of that has the latest technology and equipment to diagnose cavities without a doubt. The only cavity he found was one that I already had that needed to be refilled. He looked at the xrays from the other dentist and showed me that I did not have any other cavities, whereas the other dentist only showed me a picture of my stained teeth, & told me they were all cavities. Dr. Allen saved me from thousands of dollars, unnecessary dental work and spent a tremendous amount of time answering my questions. My advice...do your research-go to Dr. Allen for your next dental visit-Trust me- You will be SO glad you did! He's THE BEST!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
